Elizabeth Elvidge one of our volunteers at the club has been nominated as a Millennium Volunteer for the Eastern Region.
Liz helps out with the local Hitchin Brownies twice a week and also is involved with Brownie camps.
Liz is also involved with the Riding for the Disabled. Liz assists at the stables, accompanying children with their riding lessons. Liz also helps to tack up and groom the horses.
Through the commitment of volunteers like Liz, Riding for the Disabled enables people with disabilities to ride or carriage drive, to benefit their health and wellbeing and to achieve their goals.
